• Customers must provide accurate details including name, contact number, address, and product quantity.

• Orders will be confirmed by our representative before processing.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept payments through UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD available in select locations).

• Customers are advised to keep their payment receipts or confirmation messages safely.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We offer Pan-India delivery through trusted logistics partners.

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

• Shipping charges may vary based on order weight and delivery location.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• In case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Return or refund requests will be processed after proper verification by our team.

• No refund or exchange will be applicable in case of incorrect orders placed by the customer.
